Judged!

NOTE: This was a game made from scratch over the span of 72 hours during the Ludum Dare 42 game jam. This is not indicative of a full- fledged game.

Judged! is a justice simulation game where you sentence criminals to a number of days in jail or charge them a fine. If there is too many criminals out of jail and on the loose, then your city's population decreases, but there's only so much jail space so manage your criminals smartly and don't run out of space. Try to keep your population above 0 for as long as possible!

Notes

• Look at wealth Status - poor can afford no more than $100-$500 fines, middle class can afford $1000-$2500, rich can afford $3000-5000
• Pay attention to population decrease - Each criminal has a population decrease based off their crime. The more threatening, the more likely it is you want to keep them in prison for a long period of time
• Upgrade your city -You'll have info on the right of the screen keeping you updated on when your next upgrade will come to help keep the population decrease down and increase your jail space and population. Be sure to nickel and dime those rich suckers!
• How many days can you last? - The goal of the game is to last as many days as possible, so go forth and seek justice

• up arrow/down arrow - select options
• number Keys - input jail sentence/fine
• r - restart game
